For West Ham the upcoming match against the Forest is no ordinary game. Both teams need vital points for their survival in the Premier League. West Ham form is terrible. Only bottom-placed Wolverhampton have fewer points at home. Both teams in this clash are separated only by four points in 17th and 18th place, as neighbors in the table. Their current form is also equally weak. Nottingham have not scored in their last four matches and the home side have only managed one point in that same period. Last weekend, the Londoners handed the previously winless bottom-of-the-table team Wolves their first three points of the season. Furthermore, they missed a direct shot on goal for the third time this season in the match as only Burnley also have this unenviable statistic. The draw seems to be quite realistic outcome. Currently, neither team can realistically aim for more than avoiding relegation. Given their dangerously fall there is no clear favorite.
